TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE / PURCHASE
The terms and conditions of purchase in the Atelijer 365 online store (hereinafter: Terms of Sale) apply to the use of the online store or web domain

The owner of the Atelijer 365 online store is the Atelijer 365 production, trade and services business, owned by Laura Marenić (hereinafter “Atelijer 365”).
By using the Atelijer 365 online store, you agree to comply with the stated rules and conditions.
For this reason, please read the terms and conditions of purchase carefully. By ordering products, you agree to the stated Terms of Sale. If you do not agree with the Terms of Sale, please do not use this site.
The Atelijer 365 online store reserves the right to change the Terms of Sale and if you find any change to the Terms of Sale unacceptable, please discontinue using the site. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes.

TERMS OF SALE  
These Terms of Sale determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and
complaints for products.  
Products are ordered by selecting the ‘Add to Cart’ button to save the selected
product to the consumer’s cart. The product is considered ordered when the customer
goes through the entire ordering and payment process. If, after payment, we are unable to fulfill the order for some reason, we will refund your money and terminate the
Contract. Since the products are made by hand, Atelijer 365 undertakes to deliver the ordered products within 3 to a maximum of 15 working days.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE  
To successfully complete the order, you must confirm that you are familiar with the Terms of Sale and that you accept them. If the Terms of Sale are not accepted, the order will not be possible.

ORDER CONFIRMATION  
After payment has been made, you will receive a notification of a successfully completed purchase, i.e. an order confirmation, to the e-mail address specified in the order, and at that moment the Contract is considered concluded. The order confirmation will contain the details of your order, the price and delivery time. If the buyer notices an error in the order, he is obliged to notify us so that we can correct it. If the buyer does not do so, he accepts that the incorrect order will be sent to the address specified in the order. In the event that the buyer does not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.

DELIVERY  
Through the Atelijer 365 online store, it is possible to purchase and deliver products within the European Union and outside the European Union.  
The delivery address will be the one specified in your order.  
Delivery is carried out by a delivery service selected by the Atelijer 365 online store.  
Delivery within the Republic of Croatia is free of charge, while for other countries delivery is calculated according to the delivery service's price list, of which the buyer will be separately informed. Customs costs may also be incurred for countries outside the European Union.  
The ordered goods will be adequately packaged so that they are not damaged in transport.  
The buyer undertakes to check the product for visible damage when receiving the shipment. If the product is damaged during transport, the buyer may
refuse to accept the damaged shipment, and if he does accept it, he is obliged to
send a photo of the package (packaging and contents of the package) on the same day to the e-mail:
atelijer365@gmail.com .  
The delivery time is 3 to 15 working days from receipt of the order. Since
the product is made by hand, sometimes more time is needed for production, and if
there is a longer wait for delivery, the buyer will be informed about it.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices of products in the Atelijer 365 online store are expressed in the Croatian national currency, the Euro, and are valid on the day of the order. Atelijer 365 reserves the right to change the price of products at any time. The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products using one of the payment methods listed on the Atelijer 365 online store page.
 
The buyer will pay the seller for the ordered products according to the model chosen when placing the order.

Payment can be made:
1. By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires (CB), and Discover.),
via the Stripe payment service.
The payment is considered completed when Stripe receives authorization. The purchase agreement
(order) is electronically stored with the provider, and the buyer automatically receives
an invoice to the registered email address. Payment at the Atelijer
365 online store is made via the Stripe system, which protects your data, and only the card company and the card owner have access to your card number. The Stripe system's special security protocols protect the data of all participants in the online shopping process.

Stripe is a virtual POS system that represents an independent online authorization and payment service with maximum security of online payment and authorization of credit and debit cards for online sales points. Read more about the Stripe system at the link:

2. By Internet banking (via a pro forma invoice sent to your email address).
The invoice or pro forma invoice will be delivered to your email address after a successful purchase.

Payment via PayPal​

Payment via PayPal is enabled on our web shop as a safe and simple method of transaction. PayPal is one of the most famous and secure online payment platforms, which provides protection for customers and fast payment processing.
When completing the purchase, it is necessary to select the PayPal option as a payment method. After that, the user will be redirected to the PayPal page where they will log in with their account and confirm the payment. Upon completion of the transaction, the user will be returned to our website with an order confirmation, and PayPal will automatically send a payment confirmation to the registered e-mail address.
Payment security is ensured through PayPal's advanced encryption technologies and security protocols. Card and bank account information is not visible or stored on our server, but is fully protected within the PayPal system. PayPal also offers customer protection, which allows a refund in the event of undelivered or defective goods.
Payment is made in the currency we use on the webshop. If the user uses a different currency, PayPal automatically converts it according to its own exchange rate.

In the event of an order cancellation or approved refund, the funds will be returned to the user's PayPal account. Refunds may take between 3 and 7 business days, depending on PayPal's policies and the user's bank. For any questions or complaints regarding PayPal payments, customers can contact us via email or phone number listed on our website.
PayPal allows payment via a bank account or credit/debit card. If the user does not have a PayPal account, it is also possible to pay as a guest, simply by entering their card details. More information about the PayPal service is available on the official website www.paypal.com.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
In the event of a return of goods, the buyer is obliged to submit a complaint within 15 days from the
date of delivery via e-mail: atelijer365@gmail.com  
or in writing to the address: Atelijer 365, craft for production, trade and services, Dubrava
240, Zagreb. 
Atelijer 365 will refund the funds after receiving the returned product.
If the return is made due to damage to the product or the wrong product being sent,
the cost of the return will be borne by the seller. In all other cases, the cost of the return
is borne by the buyer.

Atelijer 365 is committed to protecting your personal data and processing it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA  
Legal regulations require certain procedures related to the processing of your personal data, which is necessary for the performance of a contract. If we cannot process your personal data on the basis of the stated legal grounds, we will request your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process your personal data to conclude a purchase agreement, for marketing purposes, or when you contact customer service. We collect personal data directly from you when you order a product or fill out a specific form.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION  
We protect the personal data we collect about you from unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction by any organization or individual and will be stored for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Your personal data will not be stored in a form that allows you to be identified for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or processed. Atelijer 365 will store certain personal data for the period of time prescribed by law, or until your consent is withdrawn. In the event of an objection to the processing of personal data, we will not process it.
We may share your personal data with our trusted partners who provide services on behalf of and for the account of Atelijer 365. They are obliged to use your data exclusively for the purpose we have specified. In such a case, your data is considered a business secret and is adequately protected.
